Seedlings of Change, Inc. is a 501 c 3 non-profit corporation based in Montana.  The purpose for which it is organized is to promote grassroots involvement in community and further recognition of global consciousness.  To provide education about holistic living, self-empowerment, and sustainability, through seminars, public performances, exhibits and or all other appropriate means.

Founder of Seedlings of Change; Eveline is a workshop leader, artist, and writer, certified HADO instructor trained under renowned water researcher Dr. Masaru Emoto in the new science of subtle energies, vibration and resonance. Her workshops empower participants to create through conscious intention thus enabling them to attract more well-being, joy, love and success in all areas of their life. Eveline is passionate about her family, friends and community and recognizes the presence of love and gratitude in every person and everything. 

Wayne R. Smith

A Street-Smart Entrepreneur! Wayne is a successful small-business owner who specializes in equipment sales and service of Industrial cleaning equipment for over 29 years. Family and friends are important to Wayne. He makes time for his wife, daughters and granddaughter. He looks forward to building with sustainable alternatives on the Colorado property and working in harmony with nature.


Amber Douglas

Amber graduated from the University of Montana with a BA in Sociology and Psychology. She shares, “I've always been interested and fascinated by people and how we interact.  I've experienced shaping programs and working with various different non-profit agencies, primarily related to aging services and animal welfare.   I'm looking forward to broadening that scope, acting not only as a resource, but a participant.  I want to play a more intricate role in discovering things that are missing in communities, establishing these programs, and lending support for them.  It will be my pleasure to work, share, influence and support positive changes everywhere, with a long-term goal to improve community cohesion worldwide.”   

Kathleen Little Leaf

A Blackfoot Native American from the Peigan Nation on the Pikani reservation in Alberta, Canada. She lives, works, and has been educated in Montana, and now makes Montana her home. Mother to seven children family, friends and community are important to Kathleen. Currently, she is working at the Missoula Indian Center as a Chemical Dependency Counselor. Kathleen shares, "working in this field is truly a passion. I enjoy what I do, giving back for my good fortunes and helping others find theirs."


Joan Douma

Born in San Francisco in 1935, Joan raised three children and has five grandchildren.  At age 49 she joined the State Department Foreign Service, working overseas for 16 years until her retirement.  Her interests are a love of animals, music, writing and the arts.  She loves to travel and have new experiences.
